This policy applies only to the products and services provided by Khmer Shopping and their extended functions (hereinafter referred to as "Kh Shopping"). a) Your personal registration information (including mobile phone number) provided by this system when you register an account;
b) Information automatically received and recorded by this system from your browser and computer when you use this system's network services or access this system's platform webpages, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware characteristics, and records of webpages you requested;
c) User personal data obtained by this system from business partners through legal channels.
d) Location Information: We need to collect and process your location information when you use location services.
e) Device Information: To ensure the normal operation of the service and to provide you with problem diagnosis or device testing services, we will collect your hardware model, operating system version, device configuration, unique device identifier, network device hardware address (MAC address), device connection information, and device status information. The wording of device information may vary depending on the system.
f) Device Permission Collection Instructions:
1. Telephone Permission (Obtain Mobile Phone Identification Code): This information is required to access your telephone permissions to identify your device when you log in to this platform. a) This system will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party unless you have given prior permission, or unless the third party and this system (including its affiliated companies) provide services to you individually or jointly. After the service is completed, the third party will be prohibited from accessing all such information, including information they previously had access to.

If any user of this system engages in the above activities, this system has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with that user upon discovery.

V. Information Storage and Exchange

To enable you to receive information, share information on third-party platforms, use map services, play videos, and perform other necessary functions, our applications may embed SDKs from authorized partners or other similar applications. For example, when you use a Huawei/Xiaomi/Meizu phone, the Huawei/Xiaomi/Meizu SDK needs to read your device identification number and network information to send notification messages; if you use the map service provided by Gaode Maps, the Gaode Maps SDK needs you to enable device location permissions and collect information related to your device's location, device identification number, and network information.
We conduct rigorous security testing on the application programming interfaces (APIs) and software development kits (SDKs) through which our authorized partners collect information. We also collect your IMSI, IMEI, device MAC address, software list, device serial number, and Android ID to determine your last login method, in order to facilitate your use of the login function.

(I) Information Security
a) All accounts have security protection functions. Please keep your username and password information safe. We will take security measures such as encrypting user passwords to ensure that your information is not lost, misused, or altered. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also note that there is no such thing as "perfect security" on the internet.
b) When using this system's network services for online transactions, you will inevitably have to disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to the other party or potential trading partners. Please protect your personal information carefully and only provide it to others when necessary. If you discover that your personal information has been leaked, especially your username and password, please contact our customer service immediately so that we can take appropriate measures.
(II) How to Access and Manage Your Information
a) We will take appropriate technical measures to ensure that you can query your registration information.
You can view your avatar, nickname, and other information through "My Account," and you can change your nickname by clicking "Settings."
b) Account Cancellation
You can cancel your account by clicking "My" – "Settings" – "Cancel Account" and entering your login password. After account cancellation, we will delete or anonymize the personal information already collected.
VII. Other
1. The signing, effectiveness, performance, and dispute resolution of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
2. Any dispute relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in the location of the company for resolution.
